Exactly half a year ago, the Kampflieder.de YouTube channel was taken down for copyright reasons. We lost a great source of German leftist music that day, and I figured a tribute was long overdue. This is the German version of the Soviet song "You Fell a Victim"  (Вы жертвою пали).

The version of The Internationale used in Malta, the lyrics being heavily based on the Italian version along with the tendency to only sing the chorus once. This version is already on YouTube, but a viewer with an original copy of the cassette it was released on was able to provide me with a higher-quality digitisation. Unlike the Mongol Internationale, this is actually the original Internationale in Mongolian. There is a recording of the Internationale in Mongolian here on YouTube, but it's a modern recording and it skips out halfway through the verses. However, I managed to get a hold of a record from the 50s with the full thing. It's an old record and my equipment isn't exactly the best, so the quality is a bit lacking. However, I hope you all enjoy this special piece of history.

This has been requested for a long time, but I never wanted to use the common recordings already on YouTube. However, upon some research, it turns out that the Soviet film "My Friend Ivan Lapshin" (Мой друг Иван Лапшин) actually has an orchestral version of the song, so I've cleaned it up and here it is.

For my return, I see it fitting to start things off with the anthem of the now-defunct socialist Dutch radio station, the VARA (Vereeniging van Arbeiders Radio Amateurs). I previously posted a video of the second stanza and chorus, which in turn I had gotten from a Kampflieder.de video before that channel was taken down. Since then I have managed to get my hands on the first and third stanzas, so I pieced them together to finally get a full version of this great anthem. Original upload date: 6...

The previous video only had FARC music, when reality the FARC was only one of the movements that operated as part of the Simón Bolívar Guerrilla Coordinating Board. This improved video now includes music from all four of the main guerrilla groups, as well as a song dedicated to the Coordinating Board itself that itself sings about each of the four groups. ==Simón...
