Excellent flashback
Excellent capture, not sure if it's OGWT footage or not, but damned if the bassist looked more like a young Geddy Lee than Noel Redding.

Hey Joe. May I...
First off, this is great footage. Any performance of Jimi's is always captivating. I'm a fan ..and an editor.. and this particular clip would be a GREAT addition to a promo I'm building. Would love to include a portion of it but I don't see any information regarding usage rights. Can you please let me know at your earliest convenience? I can even send you a copy of the promo for reference. Thanks kindly.

Tribute to Cream
If I'm not mistaken, this was from a live British television show called The Old Grey Whistle Test. Hendrix was appearing live, and Cream had just announced their split. Half way through Hey Joe, Jimi decided to give them a nod by playing Sunshine Of Your Love. He can be heard wondering if they'll be pulled off the air for doing so. The BBC were very stuffy. At the beginning of Hey Joe you can also hear a very short riff from the Beatles Day Tripper
