Happy to find a picture of a grebe on this wonderful website. Nice picture! To others who might be interested in this species, a special note: while I did find a single internet photo of the Western Grebe on the East Coast (New York), the one I saw was in New Jersey! Have the sightings of this bird on the East Coast been only recent one's?
