Team members of the Landing and Descent Deceleration Earth Recovery System (LaDDERS) Advanced Development Project celebrated their Center Team Award Thursday, March 25, at the Track Lab in Building 1262. In 2006, the LaDDERS team formed to lead the development of the Orion landing system. In three years, the team conducted 117 landing impact tests and delivered 80 technical reports.
